What You’ll Do:
- Participate in all day-to-day operations of the Parts Department
- Drive parts and accessories sales while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Assist manager in maintaining inventory control
- Support the Service Department by ensuring timely availability of service parts
- Represent RPM Cycles and our brands with professionalism and pride
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Experience working
- Proven organizational, and team collaboration abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in inventory management are a plus
