Position Overview
We are hiring Motorcycle Technicians at all levels — from entry-level to master certified. Whether you’re just starting your career or already factory-trained, we offer opportunities for growth, ongoing training, and the chance to work with some of the most advanced motorcycles in the industry.
Responsibilities
Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of motorcycles, with emphasis on BMW, Ducati, and Indian.
Accurately identify issues using OEM tools and factory procedures.
Stay current with service bulletins, product updates, and dealership training.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work with the Service Manager and team to meet efficiency and quality goals.
Provide professional communication with team members and customers as needed.
Qualifications
1+ year of motorcycle or powersports technician experience (school or shop).
Factory certifications (BMW, Ducati, Indian, Harley, Honda, etc.) are a strong plus, but not required.
Strong mechanical skills, diagnostic ability, and attention to detail.
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
Must provide references verifying experience and work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits
Entry-Level / Level 1 Techs: $17–$20/hr.
Experienced / Certified Techs: $20–$40/hr, depending on training & experience.

Tuesday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Location
This is an in-person position at our dealership in Palm Bay, Florida. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate prior to employment.
