Wanting to hire a Motorcycle Tech
This is what I am wanting,
I want a person that wants to EARN a good living.
I don’t want someone who wants a pay check without working for it.
If it takes you 4 hours to do what a good tech can do in 2, please
stop here.
If you’re the kind of tech that will take a couple of extra minutes to communicate there’s an issue with a repair so it can be done properly, please read on.
If you’re the kind of tech that figures there’s always enough time to fix it correctly the second time around, please move on.
If you realize that the shop has to make more money than you to keep its doors open and you have talent please contact me. I promise you’ll be paid very well. I’ve always believed that people the earn the company money/business should benefit from the profits.
If you feel that because you did most of the work on a motorcycle, you should make most of the money, please, open your own business hire 2-3 guys just like yourself and check back in a year.
I’d like to see how you are doing!
If you can come to work drug free and sober, show up on time, be a self starter, and actually care about the quality of your work, please call me or send a resume.
If you think I owe you a living because you are or were or are an addict, please check into one of the many social programs available.
If you’re a Team player and can take input as well as give it, I’d like to hear from you.
If you like to keep things stirred up in the shop by going from co worker to coworker playing the he said she said game, this isn’t the place for you.
Stay at home with Mommy and Daddy or see if you can get a job in politics!
If you're looking for a long term place to work with steady YEAR ROUND pay, shoot me your resume.
So in summary if you know how to wrench on motorcycles, diagnose basic problems, use a torque wrench and calipers, and can show up, follow direction and be a team player, this is what I offer:
Good pay based on your ability, 40 plus hours a week, a clean 5000+ square foot air conditioned/heated shop with good equipment, lots of work, and the opportunity to earn a very good income if you can get work done!
Additional benefits are uniform shirts and vacation, and possibly health care once the ACA mess gets figured out.
