Monroe County Cycles (MCC) is looking for a motivated, dependable Motorcycle Service Technician to join our growing team!
We are seeking applicants ranging from experienced Master Technicians to entry-level mechanics who are eager to learn, develop their skills, and build a career in the motorcycle industry.

Monroe County Cycles is a MOTORCYCLE-ONLY dealership and service center with a heavy focus on off-road motorcycles, motocross (MX), and competitive racing.

Our dealership specializes in motorcycles built for the dirt, from motocross and enduro machines to the growing world of electric off-road motorcycles.
As a WP Suspension Service Center, we also provide professional suspension maintenance, repairs, tuning, and performance services for riders looking to get the most out of their machines.
We are a TWO-WHEEL-ONLY shop! No ATVs, side-by-sides, or cruisers. Our focus is motorcycles, particularly off-road and MX racing.
From routine maintenance and complete engine rebuilds to race preparation and suspension performance, our goal is to provide exceptional service and quality workmanship.
🔧 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience with motorcycle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
Strong interest in off-road motorcycles, motocross, and racing.
Familiarity with Husqvarna, GASGAS, KTM, RFN, and other off-road motorcycle brands.
Experience with engine rebuilds, valve adjustments, electrical diagnostics, and general motorcycle repair.
Knowledge of electric motorcycles and their systems is a plus.
Suspension knowledge and experience with WP products is a BIG PLUS!
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Dependability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and grow with our dealership.
Experienced Master Technicians are strongly encouraged to apply, but we are also interested in motivated entry-level technicians with mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn.
