JOB INFORMATION:
Westfield Powersports is growing again. The increase in traffic has created an opportunity to add another sales professional. This position will best suit an individual who can work independently and need very little supervision. Understanding sales and effective follow up will be key for success. This is an awesome opportunity for someone with the drive and desire to be the best. We are a Yamaha, Suzuki, Polaris, And KTM high volume dealer. We are located in one of the fastest growing and highest family income counties (Hamilton County) in Indiana on US 31. Indianapolis has many activities to offer. If it is racing you like, we have the Indy 500, Brickyard 400, NHRA Nationals, and Moto GP. Indianapolis has reasonable cost of living, low crime rate, great schools, music concerts, and a healthy nightlife. We offer health insurance, paid vacations, holidays, and an excellent pay plan.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years motorcycle sales experience.
Must have a motorcycle endorsement.
Must be a motorcycle enthusiast.
Must have computer skills, be able to communicate with customers effectively, and function in a high pace atmosphere.
Must have strong customer service skills.
Experience with Lightspeed and CRM programs such as V-Sept is a plus.
DUTIES:
Selling motorcycle, ATVs, scooters, and watercraft
Answering phone.
Maintaining sales floor.
Sales promotions input.
Customer follow up.
