Overview

Elk Grove Power Sports is a premier power sports dealer located in Elk Grove, California.  We are currently looking to fill an Marketing Specialist position. This position will require completing the following tasks.  Must be proficient in Photo Shop. Must be team work oriented with an outstanding positive attitude.  Please see daily tasks below plus any special duties required by management.

Daily tasks
– Inspect website and work directly with web provider for accurate pricing, pictures and descriptions
– Check and adjust Cycle Trader ads as needed
– Remove units from website as they sell (replace with duplicate stock number, if possible) & update sales flyers online, craigslist, cycle trader, boats and cycles, & google sales board
– Check for units that are scheduled to be built & ready for advertising
– Take pictures of newly built units after the service department is finish cleaning them, enhance pictures using Photoshop, crop & post online, then find (or create) correct hang tag & sales tag
– Send customer review emails using email provider platform
– Post 5 units to Craigslist through website provider platform
– Post units to Boats and Cycles
– Post to Instagram / Facebook / Twitter
– Backup phone duties
– Interact with customers if needed
– Help load new units onto the showroom floor if needed
– Update all sales flyers for in-store and website
– Update all web stats
– Create hang tags using Microsoft Publisher & then laminate and cut for use on sales floor
– Create sales tags with correct rebates, discounts and bottom line verbiage
 

Regularly Occurring Tasks (weekly)
– Create email campaigns using constant contact
– Update billboards copy with management and gm
– Enter customer information into Constant Contact
– Create graphic content for website home page slideshow, banners, emails, posters, etc
– Take pictures of units being shipped
– Record videos for social media
– Look for ways to improve & expand upon current marketing strategies
– Update service TV slideshow
– Monitor online reviews & company listings
– Organize all marketing material
– Improve website & website's search engine ranking
– Improve product knowledge
Bi-Weekly Tasks
– Update monthly marketing calendar
– Create and manage monthly events
– Update all Cycle Trader paid ads (Featured & Premium)
– Update Facebook cover photo (the main photo that you see at the top of the Facebook page)
