The Role: What You’ll Do
As a Service Technician, you are the backbone of our riders’ safety and enjoyment. Your day-to-day will include:
Precision Maintenance: Performing routine service and fluid changes to H-D specifications.
Diagnostics: Using state-of-the-art computer-aided tools to troubleshoot complex issues.
Customization: Installing accessories that turn stock bikes into one-of-a-kind masterpieces.
Quality Assurance: Test-riding and inspecting every bike to ensure it’s “Road Ready” before it hits the customer’s hands.
Assembly: Prepping and uncrating the newest models straight from the factory.
What You Bring to the Table
The Foundation: MMI or equivalent technical training is preferred, but we will train the right candidate with a strong mechanical aptitude.
The Gear: You must have your own set of professional hand tools.
The Credentials: A valid driver’s license with a Motorcycle Endorsement is required.
The Mindset: A “safety-first” attitude and a commitment to keeping a clean, organized workspace.
The Passion: You don’t just fix motorcycles; you understand the culture and the community we serve.
