Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time Motorcycle Mechanic, reporting to Service Manager or Owner. The Mechanic is responsible for independently diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role is intended for an experienced mechanic who consistently delivers exceptional productivity, workmanship, and customer service while supporting the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
– Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
– Perform motorcycle maintenance, servicing, and inspections
– Complete repairs and component replacements
– Troubleshoot engine, drivetrain, brake, suspension, and electrical systems
– Perform repairs accurately and efficiently
– Identify problems and recommend appropriate repairs
– Follow proper safety procedures and manufacturer specifications
– Complete work orders and service documentation accurately
– Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
– Other tasks assigned by the owner during business operation
Qualifications:
– Previous professional experience as a Motorcycle Mechanic
– Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
– Knowledge of motorcycle systems, components, and repair procedures
– Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Dependable, professional, and positive attitude
– Passion for motorcycles and the motorcycle industry
