Indian Motorcycle of Orange County is currently looking to hire an experienced Motorcycle Technician to join their team. They are seeking technicians that work hard and have a passion for the business.
Job Description:
• Provide prompt, dependable, high quality service.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Complete repair work within the scheduled time.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Perform assigned work on Motorcycles with efficiency and accuracy.
• After the job is finished ensure proper completion and filing of all paperwork and proper tagging and disposal of parts.
• Keep work areas as clean as possible and assist others with maintaining shop cleanliness.
• Minimize come-backs and deal with them promptly and satisfactorily when they do occur.
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience
• Basic knowledge of American V-Twin Motorcycles.
• Dependable, organized and self-motivated.
• Experience working in a motorcycle repair facility preferred.
• Own your tools to perform the tasks required.
• Valid motorcycle driver’s license.
• Able to work Saturdays.
• Have a positive attitude, be hardworking and a team player.
• Must be able to provide proof of prior work experience.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with the public.
