What qualifications you must have:
· High school diploma or GED equivalent
· Minimum two years of technician experience (B-level tech) highly preferred
What you will do:
The service technicians will work closely with the service manager to ensure the appropriate work is given to the technicians according to the technician skill level. To guarantee customers satisfaction, the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment and will be responsible for:
· The ability to perform factory maintenance on power sport products
· Perform light motor and transmission work on power sports product
· The ability to do light diagnostics
· Operate in compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures set by RideNow Powersports
· Attend service training provided by the factory
· Be proficient with factory test equipment
