Job Description:
Full time Service Manager to lead our high volume, fast paced Service Department. Our focus is giving the customer the best experience possible. We are looking for a hands on, take charge Service Manager that isn't afraid to think outside the box.
Job Duties:
Manage staff and workflow
Oversee repair orders
Reach monthly & annual goals
Help Service Advisors with labor quotes
Qualifications:
Must have prior motorcycle or automotive service experience
Must have valid motorcycle licence
Harley Davidson Dealership experience is a plus
This is a salary plus commission position that is based on experience and performance.
