Overview

Harley-Davidson of Folsom is searching for a driven individual who can guide our Service Department to success. The right candidate will have previous experience as a Service Manager with a proven track record of customer retention, high department productivity, and low comebacks.

Qualifications
• The right candidate will have previous experience as a Service Manager with a proven track record of customer retention, high department productivity, and low comebacks
• Ability to manage and train multiple Technicians and Advisors
• Ability to put plans in place to increase production and profitability
• A commitment to supporting the Sales Department Responsibilities
• Manage Service staff in both the front and back of the house
•Provide excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage Service staff in both the front and back of the house
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction
• Actively pursue making the department profitable
• Manage proactive follow up with current and previous customers
• Assign tech work to the proper techs in a manageable timeframe
• Monitor, interpret and evaluate reporting for technician productivity
• Hire, direct, assist, and motivate department personnel to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency, and profitability in a fun and upbeat environment
• Lead continuous improvement efforts that support annual goals for service and cost control.
