Prior Knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, parts and accessories.
Ability to demonstrate superior customer service both in person and on the phone
Conduct sales transactions, maintain Shop environment and assist with tagging and stocking of merchandise
Build outstanding relationships with customers and develop customer retention
Harley enthusiasts who have a solid working knowledge of customer service
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a customer-facing retail environment
General knowledge of computer operations and experience working with a retail point of sale (POS and inventory control system)
Motivated, outgoing, personable, team player with a stellar work ethic
Exemplary communication and customer service skills
Pass background screening and pre-placement drug screening.
