Job Summary
We’re hiring a Service Manager to lead our busy Powersports and Marine service department. This role oversees a team of skilled technicians, manages daily operations, ensures customer satisfaction, and supports our goal of providing best-in-class service on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, snowmobiles and Nautique boats.

Key Responsibilities
·         Lead and manage the daily operations of the service department

·         Schedule, supervise, and support technicians

·         Ensure quality diagnostics and repairs per OEM standards

·         Manage warranty claims and ensure proper documentation for Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, Beta, and Nautique

·         Maintain strong customer communication and satisfaction

·         Coordinate with parts department for accurate parts flow

·         Monitor department profitability and technician efficiency

·         Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and company standards

·         Stay current on all OEM technical certifications and bulletins

Qualifications
·         3+ years in a powersports or marine service leadership role

·         Strong technical knowledge of motorcycles, UTVs, ATVs, and towboats

·         Familiarity with OEM warranty systems and online portals

·         Experience with service software (e.g., Lightspeed, DX1, CDK, etc.)

·         Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

·         Valid driver’s license; motorcycle endorsement and/or boating certification preferred

Bonus Skills
·         OEM certifications (Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, Beta, or Nautique)

·         Formal technical training (MMI, ABYC, NMMA, etc.)

·         Proven success in improving service department performance
