Overview
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year depending on experience
What You’ll Do:
Perform all levels of motorcycle service and repair, including:
Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)
Routine maintenance and full services
Warranty and recall work
Advanced electronic and electrical diagnostics
Work on top-tier brands: Ducati, Triumph, MV Agusta, Husqvarna, Royal Enfield, and Vespa
Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional work environment
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of motorcycle dealership experience
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, especially with electronic/electrical systems
Triumph and/or Ducati factory certifications preferred
Experience with Lightspeed DMS is a plus
Must have a valid motorcycle license and clean driving record
Must be insurable
