Job Expectations:

  • Motorcycle servicing, repair and accessory installation
  • Quickly and effectively diagnose motorcycles
  • Communicate effectively with the service manager, writers and customers
  • Complete jobs on-time with a focus on quality control
  • Versatile team player willing to adapt and adjust to get the job done
  • Willing to travel for training and assist other team members
  • Knowledge of Dynojet dyno or willingness to learn
  • Ability to test ride completed jobs

Job Requirements:

  • Formal training (i.e. MMI/Wyotech) and/or equivalent work experience
  • Ducati factory level 2 required (level 3 a plus)
  • Has own tools
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Willingness to work a full time schedule
  • Drive to succeed in a team and performance based environment
  • Valid motorcycle license
