DMV Specialist

Key Result Areas:
Processing motorcycle titles in accordance to California guidelines.
Timely and accurately processing of incoming titles.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer all customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
Promote DMV and Dealer compliance.
Negotiate through Complex issues using available resources in the DMV and
Dealer Finance Department to achieve a positive customer experience.
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
Customer service background with phone and computer experience.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail are essential.
Strong work ethic and willing to give 110% to get the job done right.
Professional demeanor.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of DMV experience is preferred.
Proficiency with computer applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Certified or certifiable with CA DMV live scan.
