Overview

Salary Range: $80-110K / Annual

Established, high-volume multi-line powersports dealership seeking an experienced Motorcycle / ATV / UTV Service Manager to lead our Service Department.

This position is specifically for candidates with powersports dealership experience.

We represent Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki, Polaris, CFMOTO, and Kayo and are looking for a leader who understands the unique workflow, seasonality, warranty processes, and customer expectations of powersports service departments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of a powersports service department
Manage and develop motorcycle, ATV, and UTV technicians, service writers, and porters
Control workflow, scheduling, and technician efficiency in a high-volume environment
Ensure accurate OEM warranty processing and compliance
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a powersports-focused mindset
Drive department profitability through labor management, upsells, and scheduling efficiency
Recruit, train, and retain high-performing powersports service staff
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service department

What We’re Looking For

3+ years managing a powersports or motorcycle service department
(Automotive-only experience will not be considered)
Strong understanding of motorcycle / ATV / UTV service operations
Proven leadership experience managing technicians and service advisors
Experience with repair orders, scheduling, and warranty processes
Ability to thrive in a high-volume powersports dealership
Experience with Lightspeed DMS or similar powersports systems is a plus
Mechanical knowledge specific to powersports products
Motorcycle endorsement preferred

$80,000–$110,000 annually (base + performance incentives)
