EXPERIENCED MOTORSPORTS SERVICE MANAGER needed to join our Team AT OUR Orange County Store in Santa Ana.
Del Amo Motorsports the Premier Leading Dealer in The Motorsports Industry is hiring to fill a Service Manager positions at our Orange County Location in Santa Ana. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 Years of Motorcycle, Watercraft, or SXS related industry experience. Have a proven track record to lead a large team of Advisors, technicians and PDI staff. Great Attitude, Excellent communication, and Organizational Skills as well as can do spirit is a must. Lightspeed Evo experience is a PLUS but not required. This is Full-Time salary plus commission position with a minimum requirement of 8 hours a day 40 hours per week. Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday’s and Monday’s off. We offer full benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Paid Holidays, and 401k just to name a few. Depending on experience pay ranges start at $80,000 to $120,000 per year and performance drives the higher number, possible signing bonus for qualified candidates.
