Salary Range: EXPERIENCED BASED
Position: A-TECHNICIAN
This position reports directly to the Service Manager.
Job Description
The following duties for the position listed shall include but not be limited to;
Must be able to accurately perform full and complete diagnosis and repair on products in for
service.
Must have experience with complete motor rebuild and electrical diagnosis.
Must have experience with ATV’s, SXS’s, Motorcycles, and Dirt Bikes.
Must be able to work Tuesday-Saturday.
Able to communicate to Service Manager or Writer repairs necessary both verbally and in writing.
Ability to train, mentor, and transfer skills to less experienced technicians.
Proficient in meeting deadlines and completing work productively and profitably.
Follow dealership policies pertaining to the department including general housekeeping.
Be well groomed and comply with company dress codes at all times.
Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and the
dealership as a whole.
Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.
Qualifications
Technically and / or mechanically expert.
Motorcycle License
Prefer computer literacy.
Ownership of complete set of tools.
Previous motorcycle or automobile service experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
