Key Result Areas:
- Incoming internet leads
- Incoming phone calls
- Support of motorcycle sales department follow up
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming internet leads and set appointments
- Handle incoming phone call leads and set appointments
- Follow up with internet and incoming phone calls
- Following up with customer in store visits to ensure satisfaction
- Made customer survey calls and letter after the sale
- Make event calls to invite customers back to the store
- Manage online inventory pictures and descriptions
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
- Customer service background with phone and computer experience
- Auto experience preferred but not required, available to work weekends
- Strong appointment setting and value building skills
- Focus on customer satisfaction and conflict resolution
- Have a love of motorcycles
- Strong work ethic and willing to give 110% to get the job done right
- Professional demeanor and appearance
