Off-Road Vehicle Mechanic

We specialize in the sales and service of snowmobiles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and both inboard/outboard motors. We pride ourselves on quality work and a supportive team environment.
The Role
We are looking for a skilled Off-Road Vehicle Mechanic to handle the repair, maintenance, and assembly of ATVs and side-by-sides. If you enjoy a variety of tasks—from high-level diagnostics to assembling new units with custom accessories—this is the shop for you.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repair: Perform full service (oil/filters/fluids) and repairs on off-road equipment.
Diagnostics: Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
Assembly: Build new units from the factory and install accessories like winches, heaters, snow plows, and windshields.
Tech-Savvy Service: Use the Lightspeed dealer management system to enter repair orders accurately for billing and inventory.
Customer Service: Interact with our customers in-person and over the phone with a professional, friendly attitude.
Continuous Learning: Participate in required OEM-specific training (provided by the company).
Schedule & Environment
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
Saturdays: Every other Saturday, 8:00 AM – Noon.
No “Flat Rate”: We do not pay based on billable hours. You get the security of a steady, competitive weekly salary.
