Overview
Salary Range: $40,000-70,000 anually, commensurate with experience and productivity

Adventure BMW is a BMW-exclusive motorcycle dealership located in Chesapeake, VA. We have proudly served the Hampton Roads and Northeast North Carolina riding community since 1997 and are known for our knowledgeable staff and strong enthusiast customer base.
We are seeking and experienced motorcycle technician to join our service department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically skilled, and passionate about motorcycles.
Responsibilities:
· Perform scheduled maintenance and factory recommended service
· Tire mounting and balancing
· Accessory installation and performance upgrades
· Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
· Accurately document work performed
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment
· Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers as needed
· Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures and standards
Requirements:
· Minimum 2-3 years professional technical experience
· Strong diagnostic ability and attention to detail
· Valid motorcycle endorsed license with good driving record
· Experience riding multiple types of motorcycles
· Must supply professional tools (specialty tools are provided)
Preferred Qualifications:
· BMW factory training or BMW dealership experience
· CANbus /Electrical diagnostic experience
· High-performing technicians from other mechanical industries are encouraged to apply if they have a strong passion for motorcycles
