Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Powersports Technician to join our growing service team. In this role, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of powersports vehicles and small engine equipment. If you love working with your hands, solving mechanical problems, and being part of a tight-knit team, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance issues on motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and small engine equipment
Perform routine maintenance and service work (oil changes, tire replacement, brake service, etc.)
Complete major repairs including engine rebuilds, transmission service, and suspension work
Use diagnostic tools and service manuals to troubleshoot and complete jobs efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
Communicate with service advisors and customers when needed to explain issues and repairs
Qualifications:
Experience as a powersports or small engine technician
Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have own basic tools (specialty tools provided)
Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement preferred)
