C&C Motorcycle Seats is seeking a talented & motivated Inside Sales /Customer Service with strong work ethic, social media & computer experience. Bilingual -English/Spanish & Motorcycle Social Media Marketing knowledge a plus.
We are seeking a Salesman or Saleswoman to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers directly by providing product and service information and resolving any production or fitment issues. You will be responsible for the Bulk of Walk In Sales and Phone Calls.
On the Job Training is Required.
We will teach you our products and how to install them to Specific Motorcycles.
You Never work alone and will always have someone available to help you through difficult issues.
Responsibilities:
· Handle customer inquiries in Store and by Email.
· Provide information about the products and services
· Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
· Document and update customer records based on interactions
· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
· Ability to build rapport with clients
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Positive and professional demeanor
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to Handle Large Volume of Incoming Emails and Phone Calls.
