Salary Range: 48,000-60,000 starting (DOE)
BMW Motorcycles Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Motorcycle Technician to join our service department. This role is ideal for a tech who takes pride in quality work, has strong diagnostic skills, and values a clean, organized, and professional shop environment.
Responsibilities:
-Perform scheduled maintenance, tire changes, accessory installs, and full mechanical repair work
-Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment
-Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers when needed
-Accurately document work performed in the DMS
-Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures and standards
Requirements:
-Minimum 2–3 years professional motorcycle technician experience (multi-brand OK)
-Own professional tools (specialty tools provided)
-Strong diagnostic capability and attention to detail
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
-Valid motorcycle endorsement (or ability to obtain)
Preferred:
-BMW factory training or dealership experience
-CANbus / electrical diagnostics experience
