Looking for experienced Yamaha Powersports Mechanic to join our team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of powersports equipment, including motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), snowmobiles, and personal watercraft. Duties
Perform comprehensive diagnostics to identify mechanical, electrical, and engine system issues.
Repair and overhaul powersports engines, including motorcycle engines, ATV powertrains, and watercraft motors, ensuring optimal performance.
Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and electrical diagnostics.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and assembly techniques to disassemble and reassemble complex mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot basic vehicle problems and perform heavy lifting as needed to facilitate repairs and part replacements.
Maintain detailed service records of repairs performed and parts used for each vehicle serviced.
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and offering maintenance advice to clients.
Qualifications
Proven dealership experience or service technician experience working on powersports or automotive vehicles.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive engine system repair and diagnostics.
Experience repairing all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), motorcycles, suspension systems, brakes, and mechanical components.
Familiarity with vehicle assembly processes and the use of power tools for repairs.
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting on vehicles and conduct heavy lifting safely.
Valid drivers license or experience operating powersports equipment is preferred.
