Salary Range: $54,000-$65,000
Bell County Motoworks, a customer-focused specialty dealer retailing new Indian and Triumph-branded motorcycles is looking for an ideal candidate to help us enthusiastically achieve the following:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Lead, motivate, and manage a core team of service technicians and support staff in the retailing of motorcycle repair, maintenance, and installation labor.
Demand, expect, and provide exceptional customer service to Bell-Moto through effective scheduling and customer communication, ensuring timely completion of service tasks.
Work with Dealer Principal to design and implement a discreet but formal “service selling process” for each customer opportunity—a process oriented not exclusive to customer concerns, but also on value-driven opportunities for safety, convenience, and fun.
Direct and assist department technicians with internal procedures to help build and sustain healthy levels of productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Work directly with PGA department on the budgeting and management of shared employees to maximize the service selling process.
Work directly with Sales and PGA departments to smoothly and profitably execute the Bell-Moto “360” tour for major unit buyers, ensuring a premium and custom experience built upon relationships.
Enthusiastically promote and manage the value and opportunity offered our guests by our proprietary priority maintenance program.
Collaborate with support staff to efficiently handle dealer warranty processing, including claims management and timely communication of OEM recalls.
Easily relate information to guests regarding directions, hours, location, and current promotions in a variety of mediums.
Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the dealership.

QUALIFICATIONS
Some form of post-secondary education preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
Proven experience in motorcycle service management and processes.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a special emphasis on dealing with motorcycle technicians, including their eccentricities.
Familiarity with dealership product lines and industry benchmarks.
Highly computer literate with general proficiency in productivity, CRM, and communication applications.
This position reports directly to the General Manager or Dealer Principal. Please note that compensation consists of a base salary plus a heavily weighted performance-based commission plan.
