Overview
Battlefield Harley-Davidson in Gettysburg PA has an opening for a Master Technician. Job duties include repairing, customizing, maintaining, or overhauling both customer and dealer owned motor vehicles in the allotted time scheduled with the highest possible quality.
Qualifications:
Master Technician Status in Harley-Davidson Technician Recognition Program.
Knowledge in all aspects of motorcycle repair with strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Own your own tools to perform service, repair, and customization in accordance with factory specifications.
Maintain technical qualifications by completing web-based and instructor led training.
Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement that is insurable by our insurance carrier.
PA motorcycle inspection license.
Strong customer service focus, teamwork, and communication skills.
Ability to handle physical workload including loud noise levels; ability to balance, push, and ride motorcycles weighing as much as 950 lbs.; frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, and lifting materials (between 50-75 lbs.).
