We are looking for an aggressive, take charge Assistant Sales Manager. Must have proven leadership skills and the ability to develop a sales team. Our revolutionary sales process is all about creating a better motorcycle buying experience with employees who love what they do!

  • CSI and customer retention
  • Unit volume for team
  • Productivity of individuals on sales team
  • Front and backend margins

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Closing of deals and overcoming objections
  • Hiring, training, motivating, counseling and monitoring the performance of individual sales team
  • Assisting individual salespeople in setting aggressive, yet realistic monthly sales goals
  • Tracking all customers and making sure all leads are logged along with effective follow up for all potential buyers by monitoring a prospecting and sales CRM system
  • Ensure that the team meets or exceeds all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, customers logged, and closes
  • Participating in daily sales meetings and conducting sales training
