INDEPENDENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Overview

Airoh, USA helmets are now launching in the USA.  Italian craftmanship meets American riders with uncompromising standards.  Airoh, USA is seeking full-time Independent Sales Representatives in multiple territories throughout the United States. The ideal candidate would live central to the territory and have great knowledge of the local dealer network.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Selling the Airoh, USA brand of products to Powersport dealers within assigned territory by:

·       Focusing on maintaining and growing the existing business and securing new growth opportunities within the territory.
·       Working with Airoh, USA teams to develop territory through athletes and grassroots marketing.
·       Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual territory goals.
·       Identify dealer needs and collaborate with appropriate resources to bring solutions and grow sales.
·       Managing seasonal bookings and re-orders from dealers on a consistent schedule.
·       Becoming an Airoh helmet expert on products and technology used by Airoh, USA.
·       Understanding the market and actively working to increase the Airoh, USA market share in the territory.
·       Developing account plans to achieve sales goals.
·       Maintaining solid relationships with key decision-makers in accounts.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS
·       3-5 Years of sales experience within the Powersports, Action Sports, and Apparel industries.
·       Must have excellent computer and communication skills.
·       Must have his or her mode of reliable transportation to get to and from dealer accounts.
·       Must visit all dealers in the territory consistently.
·       Must have an understanding and knowledge of the motorcycle industry and local dealer network.
·       Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work weekends if needed.
·       Must have a proven independent sales background and understanding of the Powersports business.
