Richardson’s Harley-Davidson and the House of Motorcycles are an independently owned and operated motorcycle business located in Prospect Vale, 10 mins outside Launceston, Tasmania Australia.

We have been the home of Motorcycling in TASMANIA for over 45 years, and are authorised Tasmanian Dealer for Harley-Davidson, Yamaha, Triumph, Ducati, Can-Am Off-Road, Sea-Doo, Can-Am On-Road, GasGas, Royal Enfield, Benelli, and MV Agusta.

Established in 1975, with over 45 years of operational experience and over 250 years combined team experience in the motorcycle industry, numerous awards for outstanding customer service, and manufacturer trained staff, this is the perfect environment for our Technician Exchange program come visit and work with us while its winter where you are.

We are looking for a hard-working motorcycle enthusiast to join our team in the role of: Qualified Motorcycle Technicians/Mechanics in American or Metric for between 5 and 6 months. In either Workshop which are modern and well fitted out.

If you are interested in vacation work in your off season in your area on a Temporary Work Visa, come work with us.

About You

Must be qualified Motorcycle trained Technician/Mechanic with certification.

Must have an unrestricted motorcycle licence

Must be able to speak English

Must pass a police record check

The Process

We organise the work Visa and associated paperwork at our cost.

We provide a Motorcycle for transport whilst in Tasmania at no cost to you.

We pay your air fare up front you reimburse half during your stay deducted from your Salary.

We assist with Accommodation location.
