Overview
Salary Range: $35 PER HR PLUS COMMISSION
Must be able to accurately perform full and complete diagnosis and repair on products in for service.
Must have experience with complete motor rebuild, and electrical diagnostics
Must have experience with ATV’s, SXS’s, Motorcycles and Dirt bikes. Will be working on everything from small ATV’s to Honda Goldwing’s.
Experience with Goldwing’s and KTM’s is a huge plus.
Must be able to work Saturday’s.
Able to communicate to Service Management repairs necessary both verbally and in writing.
Ability to train, mentor, and transfer skills to less experienced technicians.
Proficient in meeting deadlines and completing work productively and profitably.
Follow dealership policies pertaining to the department including general housekeeping.
Be well groomed and comply with company dress codes at all times.
Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and the dealership as a whole.
Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.
