Very busy dealership looking for a new addition to the Office. If you love a fast paced day to make the time fly, this is the place for you!
We are looking for a very computer savvy person that can handle a variety of duties related to:

  • Processing of all tags and titles on used bike sales
  • Follow up on missing titles
  • Experience with filing mechanics liens as well as getting titles for abandon vehicles
  • Input units into inventory by using Lightspeed
  • Handle various external accounts by the use of Excel
  • Use WORD to write official letters for the dealership as needed
  • Extremely proficient typing and accurate word use skill
  • Various other office related duties such phone answering
  • Cleaning duties and help with employee lunch on Saturdays

This position requires immense planning and organization. We require a person with excellent attention to detail, high level of organization, and follow up skills. A flexible mindset is also required to be able to adjust to the days fluctuation of needs.

This is a very critical position so if you do not possess adequate skills please do not apply.

We have a five day workweek, closed on Sunday and Monday, 401k plan, and insurance plan to offer. The majority of staff has been here for many years and we continue to strive to find career minded individuals who want to have a satisfying fun career with us.

We are a no smoking/vaping/drug/alcohol business. Due to the nature of the position, background, credit, and driving records will be checked on final applicants.
