Parts and Accessories Manager

Overview

We are one of the largest pre-owned primer motorcycle dealers in the country! We are privately owned with 1 location.

We are a very hands on dealership and are not filled with the usual typical pushing report driven management team. We require a “do it yourself” type manager that knows when to delegate but also knows how when to step in and take over.

Responsibilities:

• Exceptional customer service
• Manage all aspects of the parts department, including staff, inventory management, ordering, and receiving
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders
• Be creative, think out side the box for needed parts, such as Ebay, Favebook, Offer up, Let go, Amazon, ect…
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and optimal customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories
• Organized, clean, attention to every detail
• Able to handle problem situations and find solutions
