Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Machinist / Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines, maintaining precision, and ensuring quality standards in a manufacturing environment. This role is crucial in the production of our premium performance parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC machines and other equipment to produce high-quality, precise components.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
- Set up machinery and adjust tools, speeds, and feeds for optimal efficiency.
- Monitor machine operations to detect issues and perform quality checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and optimize processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Machinist or Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and operation (experience with HAAS CNC machines is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
