Overview
Willamette Valley Harley-Davidson the newest dealership in Oregon is growing and looking for a highly motivated and experienced Parts & Accessories sales specialist.
Candidates must have motorcycle experience and the ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Requires a strong knowledge of the motorcycle parts market, and the ability to research all parts and accessories for motorcycles.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
· Answers phone calls, provide price quotes, and further information
· Pull and fill orders from stock
· Pull orders for service department, making sure all parts are tagged with customer’s names and job number
· Receive payment from retail customers
· Keep front counter areas clean and uncluttered
· Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
· Positive attitude and enjoy working with the public
· Parts presentations and workshops
· Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle customer complaints
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
· Motorcycle background and understanding of all there parts
· Harley-Davidson enthusiast preferred
· Possess sound judgment and decision making ability
· Great selling skills
· Great people skills
Key Areas:
CSI and customer retention
Support of motorcycle sales
Compensation:
Hourly plus commission based wages
