Overview
WPS seeks to hire a Technical Support Technician for our Snow Products team in Boise, ID. This position is responsible for providing world class product technical support for the WPS Snow and FLY product lines to WPS dealers via various communication channels.
Well-qualified individuals will have a passion for snow sports and/or powersports, a willingness to learn and take on new tasks; possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and display a positive, can-do attitude when faced with challenges.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
· – Dealer technical support for WPS Snow and FLY products.
· – Assist in auditing and updating the WPS Snow product catalog.
· – Provide input on the design of new WPS Snow and FLY products.
· – Represent WPS at trade shows and other industry events as needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· – 2 to 5 years of hands-on mechanical repair experience on motorcycles and/or snowmobiles **REQUIRED**.
· – 2 years of experience with snow industry dealers preferred.
· – Able to independently research product information.
· – Actively involved in snow bike/snowmobile sports.
· – Flexibility to travel domestically within the US for weekend events if needed.
· – Excellent interpersonal and phone skills coupled with an energetic attitude is of utmost importance
· – Highly motivated with ability to work independently and follow thru’ on support issues.
· – Possess a sense of personal accountability for assigned duties and take pride in your work.
· – Good computer skills, comfortable in using a variety of software programs, and possess a strong working knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office products.
· – Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, DMV check and possible background screening.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Primarily office based, busy phones, medium noise level, with heavy emphasis on phones, computer work and catalog use.
