Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 Annual plus Efficiency Bonus
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome
– Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle’s issues
– Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance
– Provide cost estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval
– Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
– Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
– Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer
– Process payments
– Maintain accurate records of all service transactions, and customer communications.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in the powersports industry is preferred
– Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
– Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
– Proficient in cash handling procedures.
– Familiarity with BRP, Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Polaris and Yamaha is preferred.
– Knowledge of Lightspeed EVO.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Day Range:
5 day work week: Monday-Friday 8:30am-6pm with alternating Saturday 8:30am-3pm

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (motorcycle endorsement preferred).
