The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for preparing, recording, submitting, and reconciling motorcycle warranty claims through Harley-Davidson and other Warranty Companies. You will work with the dealerships technicians and Service Writers to obtain warranty authorizations and ESP claims.
In addition, you will develop, oversee and continually improve the warranty administration process. Record and reconcile warranty claims promptly and accurate is paramount, must possess multitasking and detail oriented skills.
We offer a competitive hourly rate + commission, compensation package based on experience and performance. Competitive benefits package which includes monthly medical reimbursement, 401k with company match, vacation and uniforms. You must be able to work weekends and holidays throughout the year.
