Vehicle Sales Manager

Duties

  • Manage sales team and maximize profitability
  • Manage sales department hiring, training and perforamce
  • Insure customers are greeted and engaged
  • Proactively follow up with current and previous customers
  • Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle customer complaints
  • Follow a structured process for vehicle sales processing

Requirements

  • Motorcycle industry experience 3-4 years
  • Management experience preferred, but not a deal breaker
  • Eye of the tiger, self-motivated, with exceptional organizational skills
  • We need rock stars, all stars and top tier candidates who are driven to be #1
  • Looking for candidates who are extroverted, uninhibited, unreserved and demonstrative
  • Motorcycle endorsement a plus
  • Possess sound judgment and decision making ability
  • Valid CM1 Driver’s License
