Prior dealership F&I Management experience
Harley-Davidson experience, preferred but not required
Strong communication and closing skills
MenuLink and sales desk experience, a plus
Key Results Areas:
Exceed Finance Department profitability
Upsell F&I products
Successfully work with bank and lenders
Finalize all paperwork in compliance with regulations
Interact with sales team and Sales Manager to maximize results
Provide exceptional customer service/CSI
PERFORMANCE BASED PAY…$150,000 Annual
