Our Client is a leading multi-line Powersports Dealer in ATV-SxS & Watercraft in the LAKE COUNTRY of the Southeast! Great area to relocate and live! Year-round demand. High volume requires top management and offers huge income potential for the right SALES MANAGER who can think out of the box, bring best practice to the sales floor, and lead a team.
Requirements:
Sales Team: Hire, train, and enforce salespeople’s use of Sales Process. Monitor the customer greeting, probe, write up, etc. Assist in closing deals.
Internet: Lead generation and management
Set Goals: Establish overall department monthly objectives, daily salesperson objectives. Design special incentive programs for salespeople including regular spiffs and contests.
Follow Up: Review logs daily and spot opportunities. Conduct daily Sales Huddle with salespeople to review the day’s objectives. Hold weekly sales training meetings.
F & I Dept: Coordinate cooperation between dedicated F&I and Sales Departments and review deals each day for completion and opportunity.
Service Dept: Interact with Service Department to create smooth deliveries and inventory set up, reconditioning, and customer delivery.
Accessory and Apparel Dept: Interact with Accessory and Apparel Department to accessorize showroom units and promote inclusion of accessories and apparel with each unit sale.
Inventory: Manage new and used inventory, OEM programs, incentives, and relationships.
Benefits:
Pay based upon experience and department production. ( Base plus Commission = $100,000+++ potential!)
