What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with customers to secure financing and present extended service plans, warranties, and other financial products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless purchasing process for every customer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders to offer competitive financing options.
- Oversee all financial transactions, contracts, and paperwork to ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize finance and insurance (F&I) performance by tracking key metrics and implementing strategies for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding buyers through the financing process and explaining available options.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably in the motorcycle, automotive, or powersports industry.
- In-depth knowledge of financing, insurance products, and compliance requirements.
- A passion for motorcycles and an understanding of the riding community is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and dealership success.
