Customer Service Experience Required

Schedule: Full Time

Tuesday – Friday: 10:00am – 6:00pm (Winter Hours) and 10:00am-7:00pm (Summer Hours)
Saturdays: 10:00am – 4:00pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Candidate must have a positive attitude, outgoing personality and fun perspective
    Greet clients as soon as they arrive
    Answer phone in a timely manner and direct calls
    Filing and organizing
    Handle cash/credit transactions
    Track/Log traffic and/or calls

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
    Excellent written and oral communication skills
    Strong multitasking and organizational skills
    Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
    Background in the Motorsports Industry preferred but not necessary
    Resume must be submitted for immediate consideration
    Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
    Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
