Powersports Customer Service Representative

Overview

Salary Range: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour DOE

Powersports Customer Service Representative:

The core at any position at Tolemar is excellent customer service. This position will support our customer and dealer network with orders, product education, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer support over the phone, email and in person at events
• Create and maintain relationships with our network of dealers and retail customers
• Continually learn about our products

Requirements:

• Team player that likes to learn
• Exceptional communication skills in English (Spanish is a huge plus!)
• Provide outstanding customer support over the phone, email and in person
• Related industry experience is a plus
• Sales experience (wholesale experience a plus)
• Great computer skills, experience using Office Microsoft (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Shopify experience is helpful, but can be trained
• Problem solving/troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
• Organization and cleanliness
• Ability to sit/stand for 8 hours per day
• Ability to regularly lift and move objects 10 – 50 lbs.

Job Location: Huntington Beach, CA, / Westminster, CA + Events

This is an in-person position requiring 40 hours per week at our facility.
