Job Title:                            Title and Funding Administrator

Job Summary:
To deliver such a memorable experience to every customer, that they refer at least one person to our dealership.  Manage titling and funding for all motorcycles purchased and sold within the dealership.
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
Operations

• Titling: New and used bikes, submit to 3rd party titling company
• Funding: Organize, copy and submit required documents to appropriate lender
• File: Maintain all finalized deal jackets, including any updated information on the bike.
• Communicate with Sales Manager and Finance Manager on sales deals that are missing important information and/or forms.
• Take thorough notes on every sales deal.
• Manage any issues that arise within the process and ask questions.
• Additional duties may be required, relating specifically to the Title & Funding Department.
• Provide high quality assistance to office personnel to ensure smooth running and productive office environment.
• Open mail and route it to the appropriate personnel.

 
Customer Service

• Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner
• Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously.
• Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to “Make Things Right”.

• Complete all new hire training requirements within first 90 Days

 
 
Job Requirements
 

• Must possess a positive attitude and show enthusiasm for the products we sell.
• Must have the ability to get along with a broad customer base

 
Physical Demands:
 

• The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
• Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs.

 
Working Conditions:
 

• Usually indoors, however outdoor work is required when outdoor events are scheduled.
• Is potentially exposed to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle service department.
• Occasionally, exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles.
