Marketing & Events Coordinator

Overview

Motorcycle Mall is looking for candidates to apply for their immediate Marketing and Events Coordinator position.

We are looking for candidates that are high energy professionals with a positive attitude, love for motorcycles and powersports vehicles, exceptional customer service and a great knowledge for events, and social media platforms.

Candidates must be self-driven, great multi-tasker, results-oriented and someone that can be work independently and manage their workload and daily/weekly tasks.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Creation, execution and analysis of both digital and traditional campaigns
Manage events at Motorcycle Mall including sales events, community activities and sponsored fundraisers
Continuously analyze sales and service data stemming from the marketing efforts to adjust for changing business needs
Creation of digital content (photos, video, website, merchandising slides, etc.)
Manage active social media presence including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Work with managers to update monthly web specials for sales, service and parts
Understand corporate structure and co-op requirements to maximize exposure for the dealership within the marketing budget
Handle the co-op submissions and follow up with our manufacturers during the advertising process
Ability to analyze, recommend and implement advertising opportunities for Motorcycle Mall
Manage online reputation by maintaining review sites including responding to reviews and handling issues as they occur
Work with the Director of Marketing to develop promotional ideas within marketing strategy

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or relevant working experience) in Marketing, Public Relations or related field
At least one year of marketing / public relations / events / social media experience
Experience with all Social Media sites, Photoshop, Constant Contact, etc.
Understanding of digital advertising metrics
Ability to write at a professional level
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems independently
Professional, courteous interaction with clients and fellow Motorcycle Mall employees at all times
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and Outlook
Experience in the motorcycle and powersports space
