Job Description:

TEMECULA MOTORSPORTS is looking for a qualified person to join our sales team !!! We are ranked in the TOP 3 Performing Dealerships in California. We sell Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Can-Am, BRP, Sea-Doo, Spyder, Polaris Slingshot and Victory . Huge selection of NEW and PRE-OWNED inventory including Harley Davidson. We are looking for an energetic individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
*Welcoming customers to the store
*Identify the client's needs
*Product Knowledge
*Ensure all clients concerns are addressed
*Take inbound and make outbound calls to potential customers
*Attend Sales Department meetings
*Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers and co-workers
*Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

• Previous Automotive, Motorcycle, RV sales experience a plus
• Positive attitude
• Be an outgoing, energetic people person
• Be able follow a structured sales process on value based selling
• Be able to work  weekends
• Must meet company's requirements for employment
• Must have or be able to obtain a Sales License
• Excellent oral, interpersonal communication skills
• Customer service, sales background
• Computer literacy and follow-up skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Casual attire/ tattoos ok
