Overview

Motorcycles of Charlotte is looking to  add to our Service Team. 
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Versatile team player willing to adapt and adjust to get the job done
  • Perform high quality, prompt, & accurate service on assigned work.
  • Work within the scheduled or allotted time period whenever possible to maintain as close to 100% efficiency or higher.
  • Perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to factory specifications.
  • Effectively communicate with Service front desk personel so they may communicate with clients effectivelt.
  • Notify Service Front Desk work needed or any delays in expected completion.
  • Ensure proper completion and filing of paperwork after each job.
  • Keep work areas as clean

We are a full service shop who takes pride in our service work and expect new team members to do the same.  BMW and Ducati certifications a plus but not required, we will train an already competent technician.
